本剧改编自6集播客《WeCrashed: The Rise and Fall of WeWork》，由Lee Eisenberg和Drew Crevello编剧，讲述共享办公室公司WeWork的崛起以及衰落。在不到十年内，WeWork从一个共享办公空间发展成为一个470亿美元的全球品牌。然后又在短短的一年之内，损失了400亿美元。到底发生了什么事？。天津城中的五条河道内，每年都有不少溺毙之人，其中一些来历不明的浮尸，便被称作河漂子。打前清起，天津便成立了一支捞尸队，民国后，捞尸队归入警察部门，命名为五河水上警察。在这捞尸队里，有一位传奇人物，叫郭得友。此人水性极好，整天和河漂子打交道。几十年间破案救人无数。因此老百姓送了他一个绰号“河神”。有关这河神的故事，还要从三岔河口讲起……。Lola and Chelsea know nothing of each other, only that they wait for the bus everyday at the same time.
