In the near future, Norway is occupied by Russia on behalf of the European Union, due to the fact that the newly elected environmental friendly Norwegian government has stopped the all important oil- and gas-production in the North Sea。九井帮是江湖上不起眼的小门派，整日为生计所困，不得已做一些保镖、押运、卖跌打药、武林门派文化推广、为街坊邻居抓盗贼等等维持生计。帮主和成员来自五湖四海，背景、经历、性格各不相同，因缘巧合凑在一起，演绎了江湖社畜的爆笑热闹日常。。
