一群普通人被招募来做一个人类行为学的实验，研究者给他们每个人都分配了一个角色，一组人扮演囚犯，另一组人扮演狱卒。实验的目的是想看看这样分配角色、权力会对参与者产生怎样的影响。。该节目以一辆“小家大作”设计装修快闪车为载体，在市区多个商圈进行房屋改造招募，共遴选出10户有代表性的真实案例,邀请知名设计师免费设计，由沪尚茗居负责装修，用“改造大作”，真诚交付普通人寄予生活空间的梦想。该节目没有超高难度的改造或者翻天覆地的拆改，更多的是将内容着重在都市常见房型的重新装修上。。An elite team of mercenaries is hired for a covert operation, deep inside a former Soviet state.
