备长炭（野中蓝 配音）是一个身材娇小的蓝发少女，身着传统和服的她独自一人居住在林中的老屋之中。虽然独自生活有时会觉得孤独，但个性单纯开朗又勤劳的备长炭还是决定好好的珍惜每一天的时光。 好在孤独的日子不算太久，很快，备长炭的身边就聚集了一群同样可爱的朋友们，她还让出生在深宅大院的栎炭（野川樱 配音）明白了自己的命运应该由自己来掌控的道理。除此之外，胆小但聪明的竹炭（门胁舞 配音），其妹竹林（福圆美里 配音），天然呆桉树炭（中原麻衣 配音），无论哪方面看来都十分普通的芦荟（斋藤桃子 配音）还有傲娇可爱的莲炭（佐藤利奈 配音），她们都将备长炭看做自己不可缺少的朋友。在深林小屋中，备长炭快乐一天又开始了。。本片的故事发生在带有“人一个接一个消失”传说的公寓里，讲述了青年投递员丸子在每天出入公寓的过程中，偶然得知了可疑住户的“秘密”。以那一天为界，他被卷入了意想不到的大事件…。Five friends break into a closed corn maze in the middle of the night and decide to play a harmless game of tag.
